Down in Kokomo

While the Beach Boys song Kokomo offers up a lot of suggestions for great honeymoon destinations, we're still searching. We have a few requirements: not in the US or any of its territories, not Mexico or Canada, and definitely at the beach. We'd also like to stay away from a resort that puts its brand everywhere - the pool, umbrellas, floor, etc. I think one of the things holding us back is not knowing whether or not we'll even be able to take a honeymoon after the wedding; our move date could be as early as May 2012. We've been kicking around the idea of putting the honeymoon on hold and take it when we're moving to his new station. I'm open to any and all suggestions on locations and advice for how to plan a honeymoon with a move looming overhead. I feel like I'm just winging it on all this wedding stuff...so I'll be fishing for more advice soon, I'm sure.
